Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Payment Terms:

 

a. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing.

 

b. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

 

c. Late payments are subject to a penalty charge of 5% per week.

 

d. Any costs incurred in the collection of outstanding debts, including legal fees, will be the responsibility of the client.

 

2. Payment Required Regardless of Use:

 

a. The client will be required to pay for all work completed by the graphic design company, regardless of whether the final product is used.

 

b. Payment will be required if the work has fulfilled the agreed scope of work as per the project proposal.

 

By signing this agreement, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by the graphic design company. 

 

3. Scope of Work:

 

a. The scope of work will be detailed in the project proposal, which will be agreed to by both parties before any work commences.

 

b. Any additional work requested by the client will be subject to additional fees and may require a new project proposal.

 

c. The client will be responsible for providing all necessary content and materials required for the project.

4. Ownership, Usage, and Copyright:

 

a. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the ownership and copyright of all work remains with the graphic design company. 

 

b. The client is allowed to use the final product for the intended purpose as agreed upon in the project proposal after receipt of payment.

 

c. The client is not permitted to alter, change, or modify the final product without the written consent of the graphic design company.

 

d. The graphic design company reserves the right to use any work produced for the client in their own promotional material.

 

5. Revisions and Approval:

 

The client will have 2 opportunities to revise the work, and any additional work will be charged at the hourly rate. All work must be approved by the client in writing.

 

6. Confidentiality:

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information or materials shared in connection with the project.

 

7. Termination:

 

Either party may terminate this agreement with 5 days notice. In the event of termination, the client will pay for any completed work up to that point.
